Democratic Front of National Unification (FDBK) considers that the acceptance of decolonization (resolution: 637 (VII), 1514 (XV), 1810 (XVII), 1815 (XVII), 1956 (XVIII), 2625 (XXV), so on) of Albanian lands and their reunion in a single Albanian national, is a necessity of time.
Republic of Albania is a case of "sui generis" because, from all sides bordered with the people and the Albanian lands.
FDBK requires, to the U.S.administration to initiate a new Balkan Summit (London II), which will need to revoked all decisions of the Conference of London (1913), while it recognized the right of self-determination and the Albanian people.
