Dharun Ravi wrongly blamed for Tyler Clementi's suicide

I think sentencing is unfair. Sharing a dorm room itself is potential for disaster and trampling over each other privacy and other very private matters. Freshman year should not be treated as mature adult, rather the final exam of the High school's modus opendi. All these problems stem from leaving the young still-not-mature people to its own devices. Blaming them and sentencing them is purely passing the buck from the short comings of the school management and parents alike.
