Mass Transit is a necessary component of major cities. It is often more efficient, less costly on the environment, and easier to navigate than traditional transportation for everyday commuters using personal vehicles to navigate through the city. Many cities are plagued with inefficient, delocalized transit systems.
As the United States continues on into the future, decisive action must be taken to correct the mass transit issues of the United States by placing incentives to use mass transit as well as create new ideas for the construction of new, modern alternatives to traditional bus systems. It is imperative that the United States catch up with the rest of the world with transit systems within and between cities, for better efficiency, speed and for the protection of the environment.
