The 112th Congress has failed to agree on and/ or pass a Budget for MORE than 1300 days. This is an unacceptable way for a governmental institution to carry on and not be Penalized for it. This affects us all greatly and the longer this continues, the weaker and more vulnerable we are as individuals and a country. Wake up my fellow Americans, It is time something is done about this!
