Women Airfirce Service Pilots (WASPs) were legally recognized as full US military Veterans under Public Law 95-202, Title IV. As US Veterans they should be accorded the rights they have earned, including full burial honors (officer or enlisted) at Arlington National Cemetary or any other Cemetary serving our Veterans. Acting Secretary of the Army Eric Fanning does not have the authority to determine that WASPs should never have been made Veterans, or that WASPs were mistakenly accorded Veteran status. Secretary Fanning needs to seriously reconsider his position and owes these fine, brave ladies a serious apology. #WomenAreVeteransToo
