Sufficient evidence exists establishing probable cause to commence investigation of Tulsa County Sheriff Office and Sheriff Stanley Glanz.
WHEREAS, Tulsa County District Attorney Steve Kunzweiler charged Tulsa County Reserve Deputy Robert Bates for Manslaughter in the 2nd Degree, under Oklahoma State Statutes;
WHEREAS, Reserve Deputy Bates convey gifts of fishing vacations and other valuables to Tulsa County Sheriff Stanley Glanz;
WHEREAS, Tulsa County Sheriff Office falsified the training records of Reserve Deputy Bates, giving him credit for training which he never received, and firearms certification he should should not have received.
We the People petition the President to direct the Department of Justice and Attorney General to investigate Tulsa County Sheriff Stanley Glanz.
