CARD SERVICES which operates call centers that make hundreds of thousands of robo calls to Americians every day, violates the Do Not Call registry, spoofs caller ID, and attempts to obtain credit card information from consumers through tricks and subterfuge. At best, the calls are disruptive to business and the daily lives of Americans. At worst, they trick people into giving out sensitive financial information to a dubious entity and has consistantly demontrated a complete disregard for consumer protection laws. We ask that the Attorney General take charge and bring the full force of law to bear on these law breakers.
