The purpose of this petition is to direct the Legislative and Executive Branches of the US Government to create legislation to the effect stated below.
Whereas the members of the Congress of the United States are elected through a representative form of government;
1. The ballot of each voter for members of the Senate and House of Representatives shall be documented and,
2. Taxes shall be apportioned to each voter according to the appropriations successfully passed into law with the support of the representatives that each voter has cast a ballot to elect, and further
3. Voters who did not vote to elect a member who votes to increase or create such appropriations shall not have any taxes levied to support such legislation.
