Whereas:
Ebola hemorrhagic fever (Ebola) is a contagious disease with no cure
Ebola has a death rate of 60% to 90%
Liberia, Guinea, and Sierra Leone are suffering from a Ebola epidemic
Doctors Without Borders described the epidemic as “out of control”
WHO has acknowledged “the scale of the ongoing outbreak is unprecedented”
Ebola is a serious threat to the safety and security of our nation and the world
It is impossible to perform human tests without human victims
We request the following:
Direct all applicable U.S. and or U.N. Agencies to seal all outbound access of the effected countries
Institute quarantine of 45 days for anyone to leave any impacted country
Issue orders to require applicable drug companies to begin R&D for a Ebola vaccine
Issue orders to support the effected countries
