Directs the DNC to include repeal of 2nd Amendment & gun confiscation be part of the 2016 presidential campaign platform

Asks that President Obama, as leader of the Democratic Party, to direct the Democratic National Committee to including the following planks in the party's 2016 presidential campaign platform: 1) A call to repeal of the Second Amendment to the U.S. Constitution; 2) to immediately thereafter introduce legislation to confiscate all so-called assault rifles from private owners.
