Direct the EPA and DOI to crack down on the "coal rolling" fad.

Created by J.H. on July 14, 2014

A number of Americans have been modifying their diesel-fueled trucks to direct more gasoline into the engine than should be directed there. This leads to the exhaust of a thick, black soot from the vehicle.

In the words of the EPA's press secretary, Liz Purchia, installing parts to cause this effect is illegal under the clean air act. Shouldn't this be enforced more actively? I certainly think it should.
