direct the EPA to impose a national cap of 350 ppm on greenhouse gas emissions

Even though the Senate has, through the Democrats, stopped some recent legislation that would endanger public health and the environment, it would help, President Obama, if you could immediately impose some directives through executive order that will help set a precedent to halt the further exacerbation of global warming.
By setting a national limit of 350 ppm on greenhouse gas emissions, the EPA would have no choice but to enact policies that would prevent the power industry from damaging our health and the environment any further.
There are many jobs in clean energy, in energy efficiency renovations, building and installing solar panels and wind turbines and construction that those in the coal industry could go to and be trained in, if necessary.
