direct the FAA to permit commercial UAV operations above private property, with the property owner's permission.

Private property owners also own the airspace over their land. At present, the FAA has banned all commercial UAV operation everywhere including over private property. This petition seeks to restore property owners rights, and literally get the government off of private property. This would permit a property owner to contract with a UAV operator, or use a UAV personally, for such activities as (but, not limited to) real estate and portrait photography, and agricultural purposes. No permission would be granted to photograph or in any way interact with adjacent property, private or public.
