Require all airlines to physically isolate passenger and flight system networks, and remove flight system network ports from passenger cabins. Commend Chris Roberts for doing the FAA's job. In 2008 the FAA documented a security issue with certain airliners that could allow a passenger to hack an airliner (http://www.gpo.gov/fdsys/pkg/FR-2008-01-02/pdf/E7-25467.pdf). Security researchers have reported that remote hijacking of an airliner is also possible (http://www.computerworld.com/article/2475081/cybercrime-hacking/hacker-u...). Recent press reports (April 2015) indicate that airline passengers can still access flight system networks by various means, including via network ports inside passenger cabins, which is not acceptable.
