Direct the FBI and the CIA to devote resources to locate and destroy the lockey ransomware virus and help decryt it

The locky ransom ware is a national security threat against small businesses. The attacks on small business owners and individuals is unacceptable. The petition asks that the President direct the CIA and the FBI to devote more meaningful resources to locating and destroying those that are victimizing Americans with this file locking virus. Additionally greater resources need to be applied to decoding these encryption methods and providing American citizens with the means to restore their lives from these criminals. The current response is for business owners to pay the "ransom". Our national resources should be used to track down these criminals and hold them accountable for the damage they are doing.
