Direct the FBI and Federal Attorneys to immediately investigate and prosecute those individuals and/or businesses behind the plague of 'robocalls' claiming to offer "reduced interest rates" for credit cards (e.g.: "Sue from Card Services" and "Discover Card Services", etc.)
These 'boiler room' operations change caller ID daily, ignore the "Do Not Call List", call at all hours of the day, and are often obscene when questioned.
A "google" search of this problem will offer literally thousands of complaints from across the nation.
