Created by R.E. on February 23, 2013

Direct the FBI and the Justice Department to investigate and prosecute the Pennsylvania state police officers who brutally and repeatedly beat Robert Leone of Vestal, New York.

Determine why he was beaten so severely while handcuffed and tied, resulting in two hospital visits within hours of his vehicle being forced off the road. Determine how a prison is charged with assault while being beaten in completely immobile state.

Seek apologies and recompense from the State, the prosecuting attorney, and the police investigations board who failed to correct the issue. Remedy the situation where nursing staff is in fear of the police to the point of being unwilling to appear at a trial and testify.
