direct HHS immediately disclose daily enrollment stats since Oct 1 for healthcare.gov & investigate related IT contracts

Created by J.T. on October 17, 2013

Citizens do not feel HHS has been transparent, truthful, responsive or accountable in their disclosures of healthcare.gov since it's opening on 10-1-2013. HHS should immediately publish statistics on successful enrollments by day since 10-1-2013 and should continue until at least 12-31-2013. It has been suggested that Canadian companies (e.g CGI) were awarded federal contracts, and based on the major problems since it's inception, these would have been better awarded to American technology companies, and there should be significant repercussions against the responsible companies failure to deliver the product as required by the initial contract. The government should consider rebidding any operational component of the contracts to companies better able to fulfill agency requirements.
