The President should push the Federal Reserve to spend 540 Billion dollars to hire 15 million Americans at 36k a year for one year to replenish the decimated federal agencies that regulate and protect the American people. These agencies include the SEC, IRS, Justice, FBI, the Consumer Protection Agency, and others. The benefits of hiring these Americans for a year are, the influx of cash directly in our consumer driven economy, which will get money to the cities, counties, states, and federal government through taxes, and it will get money efficiently and directly to small businesses, companies and entrepreneuers. These people would also get exposed to the federal system, where they could compete for a permanent position at these agencies, and would be marketable in the private sector.
