The PGA of America recently made public statements condemning the campaign speech of Donald Trump, a candidate for the office of the president of The United States. Furthermore, the PGA of America issued business sanctions against Mr. Trump, based solely on disagreement with his political speech. Since the PGA of America is a tax-exempt organization, they are forbidden from making public statements in favor of, or in opposition to any political candidate, or political speech.
