Direct an investigation by the Justice Department of the leaking of Valerie Plame by the Bush Administration.

In light of the recent conviction and sentencing of former C.I.A. operative John Kiriakou for the crime of leaking the identity of a C.I.A. operative it is necessary to prove to the Citizens of the United States that all criminals regardless of their positions of power are not above the law. Seeing that Valerie Plame was outed by members of the Bush administration and no person has been convicted of that crime it is time to launch a true criminal investigation of that criminal activity. Failure to pursue members of the Bush Administration for the identical criminal activity that John Kirakou has been convicted of would make a mockery of the concept that no one was above the law.
