Direct the IRS to form a division to create a public access, national job database drawn from work visa applicants.

Created by T.K. on November 12, 2012

America should lead the world in methods of keeping our economy strong through self empowerment. We suggest the IRS has the resources to demand, monitor and collect fees for all work visa requests that are being sponsored by USA companies to foreign workers. We suggest a program be developed whereas the IRS manage a publicly accessible database of sponsored jobs that be reserved for American workers for no less than 30 days prior to visa approval. Opportunities and details are beyond this brief format.

We suggest funding be self provided by the program. This needs expanded however a tiered fee schedule with, e.g. technical visa's rates being at least $10,000 per application; non-refundable. Such rates will discourage casual foreign work yet be within the threshold of serious requirements.
