Direct its effort in cutting the cost of living and to balance the governments spending. Our economy is unbalanced.

The circle of consumers and producers are unbalanced in my opinion. Everyone spends money in the same places and it should be more balanced.. Mortgage, utilities, insurance, food, healthcare, entertainment...ect.
I also believe products in high demand should not cost more to consume. We need to invest in ourselves and cut spending in third world countries in things that are not a must. We need to cut the cost of living!
Use the environment as a source of energy and gas as transportation and emergencies. (like a back up generator)
We American waste too much and I think it should be a law or more assesable to recycle. Reusing materials would help cut costs right? It's amazing how much paper, plastic, metals and material we waste. To fix this I think if we make it more convenient to recycle.
