Direct the justice department to file a criminal case against Wal-Mart Chief Executive Michael Duke for Bribery

Created by R.H. on January 13, 2013

Wal-Mart Stores Inc. Chief Executive Michael Duke and other officers knowingly supported a scheme of bribery by the Wal-Mart company since 2005. This is in direct violation of US Laws against bribery of foreign officials.

Mr Duke as well as his co-consipiritors should not be only fined for the illegal actions but be sentenced to prison time for the illegal activity.

If Wal-Mart is able to influence the elections with their free speech (money) the executives who knowingly and willfully supported breaking US laws regarding bribery should be penalized to the fullest extent of the law.
