Direct the justice department to investigate acts of the Texas state Senate in announcing SB5 abortion bill had passed.

The media reports that the Texas State Senate incorrectly announced that SB5, "relating to the regulation of abortion procedures, providers, and facilities; providing penalties", had passed despite clear evidence that the vote failed to.happen before the midnight deadline. These reports include statements that the time stamp of the vote was altered. This action seems to have been an attempt to illegally manipulate government records.
