Robert Snodgrass was wrongfully fired from Exton, Pa. Walmart on Oct, 6, 2011, for engaging in protected activity by reporting a managers ongoing abuse of employees/ handicapped female. Mr. Snodgrass was only doing the right and honorable thing because others were afraid to report it. Walmart was charged by the NLRB with illegaly firing him for engaging in protected activity. Walmart then reinstated his job on the condition that he first drop the charge. When Mr. Snodgrass returned to work he was faced with relentless obvious illegal retaliation and falsely written-up and fired twice more for lies made up by Walmart in blatant flagrant retaliation. The NLRB then dismiised the case do to perjurious lies and false testimony given by Walmart to the NLRB. This is a tragic American injustice.
