The President shall direct the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) to hold an open season for the Federal Employees Group Life Insurance (FEGLI) program in 2015. Furthermore, the President shall direct OPM to hold a FEGLI open season no more then 60 months (5 years) from the last open season.
