Direct the Pentagon to repatriate all military dogs to the United States and place them for adoption with their comrades

Current practice is military dogs that have served this nation overseas are abandoned in place instead of being repatriated to The United States. This is unjust treatment of living creatures who have put their lives on the line for America. The Pentagon should be directed to end this practice and to repatriate military working dogs to the United States and offer them for adoption with preference to their former handlers and comrades. It's the just and right way to treat our Veterans.
