Direct Representation of the People in the United States

I believe the government should immediately create a system that allows for direct representation of the people of the United States. We can do this by creating a website that is government run, and the purpose of the website is to post the current legislature in congress when I bill is first introduced, Summarize the bill in an easy to understand way that can be understood by all people, and allow the people to vote on the bill online, and have that information forwarded off to our representative or senator so when they are voting on the issue, they have a true reflection of the people’s voice.
