Direct the Solicitor General to immediately challenge the Supreme Court's 1944 ruling justifying race based detention

We the people petition the President of the United States to direct the Solicitor General to immediately challenge the Supreme Court's finding in Korematsu vs. United States that the government was justified in ordering the detention of Japanese-American based solely on their ancestry.
We the people find that the President is obligated to right this wrong by the 1983 District Court finding that the government had knowingly submitted false evidence to The Supreme Court that effected the court's decision.
We the people find that the precedent of Korematsu is a constitutional emergency that poses an imminent threat to ethnic, racial and religious minorities. As Justice Robert Jackson put it, the principle of racial discrimination Korematsu established lies about like a loaded weapon.
