direct the Superintendent, U. S. Military Academy to fire Football Coach Ellerson and return the team to winning.

Created by R.M. on December 14, 2013

The U.S. Military Academy Division I Football Team develops leaders of character who will serve the Nation. They are a National Symbol. The performance of the Football Team is strategically tied to the trust and confidence of the U.S. people in the U.S. Military Academy, its graduated Cadets, and the Army. The team's has performed poorly for over a decade. Alumni suggest this is reflected in a level of increased despondency in the Corps that cannot be allowed to continue. The Cadets deserve coaching that can guide their efforts and restore a winning tradition. While it is not the Academy's mission to compete against Major Div I football programs, it must be competitive against peer institutions and lesser Div I programs. It isn't and hasn't been with no response for over a decade.
