WHEREAS Ronald Wilson Reagan Reagan, 40th President of the United States, was and is a beloved figure by Americans of both parties, and in 1984 carried every State but Minnesota and D.C., and that this is his centennial year, we the undersigned do ask of the Secretary of the United States Treasury that:
- A new denomination of paper money, valued at twenty-five dollars, be created, and that it feature in front the likeness of Pres. Reagan based on the photo at https://docs.google.com/leaf?id=0ByCFnWQ-fQ2dYTJiNWUwZDMtNjhlMi00MzgyLTh...
- On either side of the portrait there shall be half the quote "You and I have a rendezvous with destiny", and that the U.S. flag be lightly colored behind
- On the back there shall be an image of the IwoJima flag-raising
