Direct the United States Department of Justice to seek an indictment of the Senators who have violated U.S. Law

I petition the President, Barack Obama to direct the Justice Department to seek an indictment for the violation of the Logan Act by Senator Tom Cotton (R-AK) and the 46 Republicans who signed the open letter to the Government of Iran in hopes of sabotaging Nuclear Arms agreements. In this brazen act the Senators have overstepped their constitutional mandate by contacting a foreign government in hopes of sabotaging these negotiations. This constitution guarantees a check and balances between the different branches of our government, it is time that the United States Congress power be balanced and checked by the Executive Branch and Judicial Branch by these criminal indictments.
