direct U.S. FDA to require all foods, including milk, containing aspartame or neotame to include it on the label.

Created by K.R. on February 28, 2013

The U.S. FDA has been recently petitioned by the Dairy Industry Association to drop any requirements to include aspartame or its close cousin neotame, on food labels. This would include organic milk. Many people have strong reactions to aspartame. If milk (and other food) labels do not include aspartame, consumers will never know if the will be personally sickened by consuming it.
