Relying upon dates announced by USCIS on 9/9/2015, many green card applicants through family and employment categories have spent time and thousands of dollars in preparing for AOS filing. In the interest of justice and credibility of the rule of law, USCIS must be directed to not change the dates less than a week before the AOS filing begins. An announcement on which many people, obeying every law of the USA, have relied should not be changed until the next Visa Bulletin is released for the month of November. Urgent action is required!
