Requesting that the President direct the DoD/VA to craft regulations authorizing "ALL" disabled Veterans who were assigned to combat units in Vietnam, Afghanistan , Iraq, etc access/privilege Commissaries and Post Exchanges nationwide. The wombs we sustained are with us for a lifetime, per the VA, and these DoD resources would aid these American patriots and their families economically and otherwise. This should be done regardless to tenure in service or length of service. These men and women have already been determined to be disabled by the VA.
