Direct the VA to provide COMPLETE medical treatment for transsexual vets. Such treatment should include mental health care, hormones, electrolysis and any recommended surgeries, eg: gender confirmation, etc. These measures are not cosmetic they are recommended for the patients mental and physical health. There are no other EFFECTIVE treatments for gender identity disorder. These treatments are no longer viewed as experimental by the medical establishment.
