direct VPres to sue over unconstitutionality of filibuster usurping his tie-breaking power when Senate "equally divided

Created by G.S. on June 24, 2013

Restore original Senate majority rule by VPres suing over unconstitutionality of filibuster's supermajority requirement which usurps his Constitutional power to cast a tie-breaking vote when the Senate is "equally divided" relying (1) upon Federalist Papers 22, 58 & 75: supermajority rule is a "contemptible compromise of the public good" and "poison" to the "fundamental principle of free government;" (2) Supreme Court overruling "political question" defense and ruling in Ballin that "act of majority of quorum is act of the body;" (3) Supreme Court's one-man, one-vote concept applies to voter's right to equal representational weight within the Chamber, which filibuster supermajority requirement inherently denies.
