A petition to have the U. S. Government directed by The White House to conduct a full and thorough investigation into the events leading to 9 deaths and the arrest of 170 people following the shooting at Twin Restaurant in Waco Texas on May 18th, 2015 and the involvement in such shooting by the Waco PD, Texas Department of Public Safety and any and all other agencies be it local, regional, State and/or Federal. A petition to included any violation of Constitutional Rights any and all personnel arrested and/or detained as well as possible excessive force and wrongful death by Law Enforcement personnel leading up to the shooting, during the shooting and after the shooting including the arrest and requirements for initial bail of $1,000,000.
