We move that the Affordable Care Act be linked directly to the health insurance program provided members of the House of Representatives and the US Senate and stipulate provision of benefits to the public of exactly the same type, level and quality as those afforded members of congress. All further amendments to one program would simultaneously and equally impact the other.
