"The Dirty Dozen Petition" seeks the Obama administration to allow volunteers to sign up for service to squelch ISIS.

This Petition requests the Obama administration to urge Congress to draft legislation which will be signed by the Commander in Chief, allowing legal and illegal residents/citizens of the United States the opportunity to make a difference in our world by volunteering for service in war torn and civil blight areas where America does not want to put "boots on the ground." There are many people in this country that are unemployed or retired and want to make a difference in this world; letting them volunteer for service in a government funded/supported program would not only help America, but would also help victims of genocide or famine, or help turn the tide on the Islamic State's progression in cleansing the world of anything which it does not desire to keep for itself.
