We the people ask the federal government to Call on Congress to act on an issue:

Disability Discrimination in Federal Agencies need to be strictly enforced and centralized to eliminate the favoritism.

Created by S.L. on May 15, 2016

When a disabled person is requesting a reasonable accommodation it should not go through the current agency for consideration as that agency will not give that person a fair review of what kind of accommodation can be granted according to their position description (PD), their disability, and what their doctor is stating they can/cannot do to be a productive asset to that organization. These should be done at an Agency with no bias opinion just facts and then the Agency will have to abide by that ruling. If the agency does retaliate against the employee then that agency will be charged a penalty from the authority Agency who can use those funds to manage this program. The current process is too long and discourages disabled individuals to give up. I know my case is over 2 years old....
