Disability is an area over-run with fraud. It would seem that the people who actually need this are always denied until the get a lawyer and sue. Others seem to have no problem getting this benefit without even showing cause. This fraud causes lots of problems for the people who really need this program.
With the protests going on right now, it should be a simple matter of issuing an order for the news footage of the protests and identify the people walking 3-5 miles in a march, yet can't work because they claim to be disabled. If they can march, they can work.
