Disability Problem

Many parents of disabled people spend the money provided by the government on themselves instead of the children. Also, these parents are becoming wealthy from the money the government gives them.The children do not benefit from the money. These families should no longer be provided with money, instead the supplies should be delivered to there home to insure the child is being taken care of or there should be another way that these people don't spend the money on themselves. No, child or person should be taken advantage of.
