Disability retirement for reservists who have served 20 plus years and have a VA disability rating of 80/100%

Military reservists have fought in Iraq and in Afghanistan and have been wounded and some gave all by dying in these combat zones like their active duty counterpart. These reservists, when wounded, are not able to return to their civilian jobs that they had before due to the injuries they obtained while serving their country. Reservist should be treated and given the same consideration when it comes to disability and retired pay. A reservist who has given 20 years of service and injured in combat should be able to receive their retirement pay immediately. If under 20 years of service, they should be able to collect both military and VA disability pay no matter of what disability rating with no offset of either pay.
