Disable all nuclear weapons permanently in the hope other countries capable of nuclear weapons would follow by example. Furthermore, if there were to be nuclear attack on american soil our deactivation would lead to less casualties to humanity by preventing any retaliation attacks. This petition is not just concerning america but all of the earth. It's not about Americas survival, but humanity's survival.
