Created by B.S. on May 26, 2013

There is plenty off land available mostly in Nevada and the states that surround it. There is many thousands of acres that are not being used.

The veteran if disabled must show VHA card.
All other veterans would show a dd 214.
Disaabled Veterans would be given first consideration.
This would be handled by th VHA.

The maximum land is 5 acres per veteran.
The veteran must live on the property for a period of 5 years. The BLM would give the title for the land to the veteran. This land cannot be sold. If you move out or do not like the property. It would be put back in the registry.
The land surveys and what lands are available. This would be handled by the Bureau Of Land Management (BLM).
