Employers advertise jobs saying they are entry-level so as to pay less money then demand several years experience as well as degrees or certifications.
An entry-level position is one that any person can walk-in off the street and perform with little or no training. The false-advertising borders on fraud. It wastes both the time and the money of those looking for employment at a time they are most likely not generating an income.
It should be illegal to advertise low-paying positions and demand high-earning qualifications. It leads to an imbalance in markets and lower pay over-all while inflation rises.
