This petition is intended to outlaw any agency (government, publicly or privately) from monitoring any US born citizen in an attempt to gain unwilling knowledge not offered by said citizen without a documented court order to be given to the monitored citizen to review and lawfully dispute.
This includes but is not limited to:
Email/Computer communication intercept/monitoring
Telephone communication intercept/monitoring
Credit/Debit card purchase monitoring
Travel monitoring
Satellite monitoring
Private land monitoring
Public monitoring (unless posted)
