Disallow American flags to be sold to the public if they are not manufactured in the United States of America.

I believe that we would be able to create small jobs in the United States by banning the sale of American flags manufactured in foreign countries. This would not only allow manufactures in the United States to fill the void of American flags but also create a sense of patriotism that is much needed in America.
